I shaped the strategy for discovery and onboarding, making Vinted more relevant from day one. Personalised recommendations helped people find items they love faster and contributed to 80%+ Homepage transactions, while a redesigned onboarding journey and better-timed communication helped new members become active 2x faster.

N26

I Co-led product and design strategy within the Memberships domain, driving a 15% improvement in key Segment OKRs and owning Activation and Tier Membership initiatives that delivered a 2% conversion from free to paid users, with direct revenue impact.

Volkswagen

Led the redesign of Volkswagen’s core dealership sales platform, scaling adoption from 21 to 2,000+ users and cutting car configuration and ordering time by 48%. In parallel, rolled out a shared design system and led cross-lab design initiatives, reducing delivery cost and complexity while scaling design capability across teams and offices.

I believe good strategy starts by understanding the problem before trying to solve it. I get involved early, when the direction is still unclear, and bring together user insight, business context, and team perspectives to set clear priorities. From there, I help people align around a shared direction and move forward with purpose. AI helps speed up research and early validation, leaving more time for the decisions that need human judgement. The result is practical, focused work that creates value for both people and the business.
