Co-led multi-verticals, built the behavioural metrics framework, and drove design-led initiatives across Search, Catalog, and Item Page. Raised the design bar and mentored the team throughout.

Lead Product Designer
Led the redesign of Volkswagen’s core dealership sales platform, scaling adoption from 21 to 2,000+ users and cutting car configuration and ordering time by 48%. In parallel, rolled out a shared design system and led cross-lab design initiatives, reducing delivery cost and complexity while scaling design capability across teams and offices.
